Payment: All purchases must be paid for in full during or at the conclusion of the auction by cash, good personal check with acceptable ID, MasterCard, or VISA. All out of state checks of $1,000.00 or more must be accompanied by acceptable Bank Letter of Guarantee. Inspection: Items may be inspected Auction Day Sat. April 18th 8:30 am. As-is Where-is: All goods are sold “as-is” & “where-is” with no guarantees or warranties implied or expressed including, but not limited to, merchantability and/or fitness for particular purpose. Buyer’s Premium: The buyer’s premium is not in effect for the personal property. Removal: All items must be removed after the auction or by appointment. Sales Tax: All purchases are subject to Kentucky 6% sales tax unless proper documentation is presented to Wardlow Auctions, Inc. on auction day showing exemption from such tax.
